Vulcain is known for producing an American idol – the Cricket, which was gifted to various presidents in the mid-20th century. However, the company also made a few quirky pieces, like the one you see here. It features a square-ish case with one of the funkiest dials I’ve seen – starting as purple in the edges and transitioning to a very soft lilac near the hands It’s powered by an in-house MSR movement., which has also used in brands like Revue Thommen and Buser. **Condition:** Very good for its age. Minor markings on the case. The dial looks great for its age, with minor patina. Portuguese import stamp in the upper right lug. The crystal has some scratches that can easily be removed. Please see the pictures for full condition and clarity.  **Case Size:** 32.9 x 39.5mm chrome-plated case with a thickness of 9.2mm and a lug width of 19mm.  **Movement:** In-house MSR (Manufactures Suisses Reunies) movement, manual wind with 17 jewels.
