Up for sale is a Seiko SBCJ021 titanium GMT Alpinist with the cream lume dial. This is the first of two SBCJ021 I'm posting for sale as I look to pare down my collection. These titanium GMT Alpinists from the 2000's are among my most cherished watches. The watch for sale is in fair condition. The case shows more scratches and wear than the other ones I have listed for sale. In particular, the bezel has dents in the 12 o'clock position, and on the side of the 9 o'clock position. Please see pictures in the album. This watch did not come with the original bracelet, but came on a black leather strap that is unworn. Functionally, everything is working on the watch. The 2 o'clock crown rotates the internal compass bezel smoothly, and the 4 o'clock crown screws down securely. The movement is running well. The battery was changed within the last year, and the perpetual calendar has been correctly set. This is a long discontinued model that is powered by the 8F56 high end quartz movement (spec'ed to within 20 sec/yr). This gem of a movement features perpetual calendar, a 10-year battery change interval, a true GMT hand, and an hour hand that can be adjusted in 1 hour increments (very useful for travelling or DST changes).
