This piece dates to 1961 based on serial number, and is in superb condition inside and out. The case appears virtually untouched with very sharp edges, and the original, unrefinished dial is in excellent condition. Movement was recently serviced and is showing +1 seconds per day faceup on timegrapher. The case measures 35mm wide without the crown, with a 42.45mm lug to lug length and 18mm lug width. The relatively large dial makes this wear fairly large for the dimensions. I just received a Rolex Explorer II from Matt, very smooth deal. The watch is better than advertised. I'd have no problem buying from him again. My only complaint, it was a tossup between my sawzall and the Jaws of Life to get the package opened, very securely packaged!!
