The lacquer appears to be have no faint cracking or "spidering". This dial is referred to as a "Paris Dial" referring to the denotation below the 6 o'clock roman numeral.   **CASE:** 23mm  width x 30mm height solid 18kt yellow gold. The case has been previously polished in the past. These case dimensions is the vintage "mens" size however could easily be worn by woman as well. It presents with wear commensurate for its age. It is completed by its original blue sapphire cabochon crown. The specific crown is more uncommon due to slightly elongated size giving the watch slightly more character and increased presence on the wrist. Sourced the missing screw so the watch is now complete. **MOVEMENT:** Cartier caliber 78-1.
