For sale (or trade) is my Omega Speedmaster reference 105.002-62. This is a transitional pre-Professional pre-moon watch. The transitional version features the alpha hands and the straight lug case. The 105.002 was only produced for about 6 months and is extremely rare. This Speedmaster was originally produced in 1963 according to the extract from the archives which is included in this sale. This model features Omega calibre 321. The dial, DON bezel, hands, case, crown, pushers and caseback are original. This reference is the last reference to have the silver rehaut. The markers have darkened beautifully. Most remarkable is the dot over ninety bezel. Beautifully faded to a dark gray. Notice the applied Omega logo on the dial. My Speedy is in excellent condition. The case has been restored by LAWW. The hands have had the lost tritium replaced with inert material to color match the dial. Most of the tritium is still in place on the dial. The 4 marker only has a small amount remaining. My Speedmaster is 39 mm in diameter. I just had the movement completely overhauled by The Watch Doctor and I warranty the movement for 12 months. This is a no issues, no excuses watch.




Here's another shot of the bezel. It's faded to a nice gray color.


My Speedy comes on a generic strap. Lug width is 19mm.




This pre-Professional caseback has the double bevel. The inside shows the recent service notation and the model/date.





This package includes the watch, plastic shipping box, authenticity card and Omega archives extract. Movement and serial pictured also.
