The PVD version tends to get chipped and there is no way to fix this asides from getting it PVD re-coated. The Porsche Design Military Watch was developed under strict specifications for the armies, navies, and air forces of several countries of the NATO Defense Group. It is a high-performance, multi-function watch, precision engineered to provide accuracy and dependability under extreme operating conditions. This example was issued to jet fighter pilots/helicopter pilots for the Military of Defence in Venezuela. I had purchased this example from Sigfrid from Watches83.com.This watch boasts the bullet-proof Lemania 5100 movement by Orfina. Case is in excellent vintage condition for its age with minor scratches.Dial is very clean, and the chronograph hand has faded into a nice cream colour. Chrono hands have been lubricated for a nice reset. Minute counter hands and hour hands are a cream colour as well and consumerate with the age of the watch. The date is in Spanish. This is a fully original vintage specimen with bracelet intact. I nickname this the Albino.
