This watch has been seeing its hype build as its big brother (the AP Perpetual Calendar version of this) went through the roof. Now everyone is realizing that the 25589BA is every bit as great as its big brother but without the pitfalls and fragility of a true perpetual calendar. The 33mm case wears a lot bigger than it sounds since the presentation of this watch is just so grand overall. It’s a perfect piece as a dress watch and, thankfully, eschews a center seconds hand for a more favorable hours/minutes only lay-out (well, with the other functions, too!). The dial has some very minor expansion cracks. In these old AP dials, this is as common as the sun coming up in the morning. They can be a bit fragile. However, rather than the stark white that many are, this one has faded just a bit to a very beautiful cream-y color.Overall the piece is in very good condition.
