I believe this to be a full set with the manuals, polishing cloth, inner and outer box and what I think is original receipt in Japanese. This is a real Worldtimer with the independent jumping hour hand. Runs perfect per timegrapher pic. Watch comes on a beautiful oem textile/leather strap. I bought 2 aftermarket rubber straps, black and the IWC teal color which is awesome for summer! Watch is in beautiful condition with minimal evidence of wear including a few light AR coating marks at certain angles which is just about impossible to capture. Whoever owned this treated it really well or kept it locked away! Cheapest full set in the world at $5295 and a 🔖. Plenty of references available. #RWB
