For sale is my Bathys Benthic Ti dive watch. For all those who are familiar, the watch or brand need no introduction. The watch measures a hefty 48mm but wears very well on the wrist due to curved lugs, and the lightweight titanium case adds even more to the wearability and has a nice overall glow. This example on offer is well worn with more than a fair share of scratches and dings, but the sapphire crystal remains scratch and damage free. Dial alignment is off by a gnats hair which I'm told was the case with this release being from a different era of microbrand, think 07-early 00s. The bezel has a fair bit of play in it and feels springy to the push and sometimes hesitant to turn. The lume is still going strong. The original leather straps are in OK condition: one of the keepers was unfortunately worn away and replaced by a rubber one but otherwise they still wear comfortably well with the watch. I have replaced both 24mm springbars on the original straps and I currently have the watch on a Strapsco 24mm rubber strap which is a quick release. Also included in the sale are an original Bathys pelican case, instruction booklet, and pipe foam used by John to shield the watch during transport. I am not the original owner, and thus do not know the service history of the watch but it runs great with no issues. Would make a great summer watch and truly looks like nothing else on the market in my opinion. I am asking $430 w/ shipping or best reasonable offer via PP.
