I'll get the obvious cliche out of the way: Yes, this is essentially a "budget" Navitimer...but only in price. Call me crazy, but I don't think Breitling has ever offered the Nav with a dial half as brilliant as this. Ball isn't afraid to pump out some more ambitious watches, and this is no exception. The finish is excellent, the dial is incredibly easy to navigate, and it actually wears quite comfortably for it's above average stature.
