A brand new clasp is included with the plastic still on it - the installed clasp is missing 1 screw and I was intermittently experiencing the quick adjust loosening off, so Zelos sent a new replacement, but I ended up just sizing the existing clasp with the quick adjust all the way out and keeping it that way.
