THE TOTAL AMOUNT SPENT ON RESTORING THIS SUB TO BRAND NEW CONDITION IN 2019 WAS $3343.50.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
THE CURRENT PRICE TO DO THESE REPAIRS TODAY IN 2024 WOULD BE OVER $4,091. THIS IS BECAUSE THE FULL SERVICE CHARGE ON A 3035 CALIBER MOVEMENT HAS GONE UP FROM $750 to $1,200 AND THE PRICE ON A SUBMARINER FLIP LOCK BRACELET HAS GONE UP FROM $1,062 to $1,350. IN ADDITION ALL THE OTHER PARTS REPLACED WOULD ALSO HAVE GONE UP BY NOW AND HENCE THIS SERVICE WOULD MOST LIKELY BE AROUND $4400 TODAY.

THIS LITERALLY IS LIKE A BRAND NEW WATCH BECAUSE AS THE PHOTOS OF THE SERVICE RECEIPT SHOW, VIRTUALLY ALL THE PARTS WERE REPLACED EXCEPT FOR THE CASE.
IN SPEAKING TO THE SERVICE CENTER DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS THEY INFORMED US THAT 28 MECHANICAL PARTS IN THE MOVEMENT SUCH AS REVERSING WHEELS WERE REPLACED AT NO CHARGE AS A COURTESY
SINCE SO MUCH WAS BEING SPENT ON THE REPAIR THAT ALMOST REACHED $3,500.
