Here is a lovely 1978 (serial #559...) Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date with silver dial, gold hands and indices, with the hacking 1570 movement. Bracelet is correct and fits my 7.5" wrist with another two holes in the clasp. Case is 34mm and lug width of 19mm. Condition is quite nice for 46 years! Case is not gouged, crystal is pretty clear, some patina on the dial and hands, but overall charming and not in need of any apologies. Can be worn as a "classic size" everyday piece, as well as do dress duty and it definitely works for those of smaller wrists (but looks pretty stately even on my Popeye forearm).

New crown tube, stem, and crown replaced with new gaskets all around and a service in March 2024 by my guy in Seoul. I just gave it a degaussing and put it on the timegrapher (see pics); excellent numbers across positions and has been keeping around +4 spd on the wrist.

$2850. Comes in a new Rolex green service pouch. Shipping in CONUS included. No trades.
