This is an example from the mid-90s SUS range of watches. SUS stands for "Simple" and "Strong". The clean design is also a feature of military style watches. This watch has the 7T27 chronograph movement. The second hand is the small register at the bottom. In keeping with the military theme, the middle register is a 24 hour clock.
