The alarm works properly, and the watch starts, but it stops after a short time. It is in need of a service before using. I was quoted $250 by my watchmaker to service it, but as I never wear it (too small for me), I decided to sell it instead. The screwdown caseback is on too tight for me to be comfortable removing it.
