Good evening, WatchEx! First of five tonight: kicking things off with the Nivada Grenchen Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver Automatic. Such a shame they couldn't fit more words into this model's name.... Jokes aside, the watch really does have a bit of everything: it's a proper diver, a chronograph, and classy enough to perform well in a suit. Nivada has been on a really heater with their revived classics, and this might be the best watch in their catalogue. Sized for any wrist, this vintage-inspired chronograph is a time capsule of what an incredibly high-functioning every day watch used to look like, before many of the gimmicks in today's market. The dial is incredibly well done - from the sharp black subdials to the raised text at the top and bottom of the cream backdrop. Tough to beat a panda dial in a y layout, especially so in a bi-compax style with a touch of red flair.
