I included the receipt from the overhaul--I'm willing to provide the number of the shop that did it for verification--and the results of the watertightness test. Unfortunately, I did not ask the watchmaker to take a picture of the movement. The case now has an o-ring so I don't want to remove it (and not bothered enough to).
