Hi all! I am selling this 1928 Elgin with a grade 428 movement. This watch is 95 years old but still runs well and keeps time to +/-30 seconds per day. It has a new mainspring and crystal as they were broken and/or cracked. The case diameter (without crown) is 27mm, as wristwatches were pretty small at the time. This watch was originally 14k gold filled, but has been replated in 24k after polishing to make it more vibrant. It has been fully diassembled, cleaned, insped, reassembled, and oiled. The movement is a [Grade 428, Serial #31528313](https://pocketwatchdatabase.com/search/result/elgin/31528313). The dial is refinished, and is silver colored with black block numerals. Hands are blued steel with new lume. The case is engraved with D.G(?).B., June 16, 1931. The band is new 16mm leather with lizard skin graining. I'm asking $265 shipped with insurance in the USA.
