Up for sale is my Seiko Lord Matic 5606-7000 with the less common gray dial produced in April of 1971. The Lord Matic/Lordmatic was Seiko's midlevel product line in the late 60s into the 70s, with most featuring the slim line 56 series of automatic movements from Suwa. This watch features the first Lord Matic case design - a broad shouldered, faceted, one piece case with a domed acrylic crystal and solid link bracelet. This watch features the less common gray dial (compared to silver or white found on most others). The gray dial is metallic and changes color intensity with the lighting.

As best as I can tell the watch is unpolished. It has a variety of scratches across the case and bracelet like you'd expect for a 52 year old watch, but is in generally good condition. The acrylic crystal has minor scratches that should be easily removed.

Case dimensions are approximately 35mm diameter x 41mm lug-to-lug x 10mm thick. The lugs are 19mm. The bracelet includes a sliding clasp extension that should accommodate up to 7.5in wrist circumference.

The movement runs well and adjusts smoothly, but the date adjustment star is broken, which is common for 56 series watches. Service history is unknown.
