2014 JDM limited run and discontinued Seiko Brightz SDGM001 (Baby Grand Cocktail) I picked up recently from Japan. LNIB, still in factory stickers. The SDGM001 features the Seiko Comfotex technology which include special treatment to the case and crystal of the watch. The crystal is coated with “Super Clear Coating” on both sides to suppress reflection of light. In it's background a Grand-Seiko-esque dynamic dial, onyx decorated crown, and a blue seconds hands (The watch reminds me of GS SBGW297). In addition, it has an water-repellent applied to the coating to provide resistance to stains and scratches. For the case, Seiko applied it’s proprietary surface processing technology, Diashield to provide further resistance to scratch.
