I sent this to IWC authorized dealer Feldmar Watch Co in Los Angeles, who then sent to IWC for a full movement service and waterproof test. I specifically requested that they don’t polish the case, as both the case and sapphire crystal are clean outside of normal light wear. The servicing cost $900.
