They have also been sitting in a bin that people sift through so there may be light marking on the cases or crystals although for any of the acrylic crystals I will gladly polish them up for you before sending them out. Some still have the original protective film on the crystals which may make them look worse in the pictures but would keep them looking better and I will note that.
