[WTS] RARE Girard Perregaux Laureato 1st Gen w/Tiffany & Co stamped dial
Album: https://imgur.com/a/erLlgIb Timestamp: https://imgur.com/a/DKz9EiX For most people, their introduction to Girard-Perregaux can be credited to their Laureato line. The Laureato is GP’s elegant sports watch with integrated bracelet- much like the Royal Oak is to Audemars or Nautilus to Patek (but much more affordable). This specific watch was the first Laureato ever released in 1975. GP chose to outfit this watch with a chronometer-certified quartz movement due to the ongoing quartz crisis at the time. These 1st generation Laureatos can be difficult to find in this condition, however, this dial is what makes this watch truly one-of-a-kind. The white enamel dial is rare already, but the Tiffany & Co. signature at 12 o’clock indicates this watch was sold through a Tiffany boutique, further increasing its level of rarity.
