This piece dates to 1974 based on serial number, and the folded link 7835 bracelet has 13 links. This rare bracelet clasp correctly has no code stamped on it; from 1973 to 1975 Rolex did not stamp the clasps with a production date. Bracelet + watch laid out flat measure right about 7.75". Movement is clean and in excellent running condition per timegrapher, as the picture shows it is running face up at +4 seconds per day with very good amplitude and low beat error. I just received a Rolex Explorer II from Matt, very smooth deal. The watch is better than advertised. I'd have no problem buying from him again. My only complaint, it was a tossup between my sawzall and the Jaws of Life to get the package opened, very securely packaged!!
