Hi WatchEx, I’m selling my Seiko SJE093 62MAS Recreation Limited Edition of 1965 pieces. I purchased this brand new from an AD about 5 months ago. In excellent condition overall with some light microscratches on the case sides and back. This includes the full original set (watch, rubber strap, box, and papers), as well as **3 bracelets**: SLA017 oyster-style bracelet, Uncle Straps H-Link bracelet, and Aquastar Beads of Rice bracelet. Asking price of $3,800 via Paypal F&F including shipping in CONUS only. Ships from the DC area. No trades. Please comment and pm/chat if interested. Watch specs: 38mm diameter, 12.5mm thick, 46.7mm lug to lug, and 19mm lug width. 200 meters of water resistance with box sapphire crystal. This has the newer Seiko 6L37 movement, automatic, 28,800 bph (4hz), 45hr power reserve. Stated accuracy of +15 to -10 spd, runs at around +5 in my use. The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house. This includes not only major items such as microgears, motors, hands, crystal oscillators, batteries, sensors, LCDs but also minor items such as the oils used in lubricating the watches and the luminous compounds used on the hands and the dials.
