The 396.0900 was originally introduced in 1980 and produced in very small quantities, and is a watch only sale.  
The Omega features a brushed steel case, which is accented by an unidirectional yellow gold divers bezel that is set with a black bakelite insert containing non-luminous second hashes and tritium 5-minute markers. The Seamaster 120 is mounted on its original two tone integrated bracelet, which is fully linked and will fit a wrist in excess of 7.65 inches. The Omega features a black gilt dial with painted tritium stick hour markers, white tritium coated hands, and a date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The 396.0900 uses the quartz Omega Caliber 1332 / 1337, which is running flawlessly and recently received a new battery.

Condition:
The Omega’s case has been preserved well, retaining crisp well defined chamfers, while the integrated bracelet contains minimal stretch. The bakelite bezel insert is free of any chips or cracks while the tritium lume has acquired a warm custard colored patina. The black dial has acquired a matte hue with age, while the gilt text remains strong and crisp. Overall the Jacques Mayol remains in very good vintage condition, and is well preserved all original example of a seldomly seen Royal Oak inspired Omega Seamaster 120 Plongeur de Luxe.
