For sale is a 1973 Seiko 6139-7070, petrol blue dial. A little rough and ready aesthetically, but has a well preserved 6139B movement that keeps great time. This would be a cool daily beater or a good candidate for a dial swap. Movement: Seiko 6139B, quickset day/date, chronograph seconds with minute subdial. Size: 40mm case, 45mm lug-to-lug, 19mm lug width Notes: \- Movement serviced, all gaskets replaced. Timegrapher results available on request (sorry, I forgot to include in the original album!). \- Comes on a large (\~8" wrist?) aftermarket bracelet that could be sized down to \~7.25" wrist. \- Dial is legible, but original lacquer is in poor shape. Significant amount of lacquer had delaminated and was removed. Did the best I could with the rest of the dial. \- Date wheel has a few numbers that have delaminated and are not visible (IIRC, 24 and 25). \- Case was untouched, has a few small dings visible in photos. \- Original crystal (very hard to source) was lapped and polished. \- Original minute, hour, and subdial hands show paint wear.
