This was a great “birth year” Omega for me as someone born in 1995, but during these holidays I hope it becomes a great birth year Omega for someone else. Even if you weren’t born in 1995, from what I can see this is one of very few box and paper sets available, in great condition + almost all the black paint in the bezel has been retained whereas most pieces lose this detail very easily. As a twist on the classic speedmaster and being a Japan-release, this is a classic piece for sure. It’s famous for its octagonal crown which adds grip and makes winding easier compared to other pieces available at the time. Overall a great piece for veteran and new collectors and perfect holiday gift. This can be yours for just 2200 and I can get it to you overnight and fully insured. Full disclosure, this will fit a 6.75in wrist which is ideal for a 39mm watch in my opinion. Cameras are better at picking up the light from the lume compared to human eyes so it will not be as bright in person. The hands have typical patina expected for a vintage timepiece. I do not believe the white outer box is the correct box for this piece, however the more important red Omega box, booklets, and cards are authentic Omega items.
