Up for sale is my beloved Farer Eldridge chronograph. This is one of the three in the original suite of mechanical chronographs that Farer began offering in 2019. The lovely chocolate-brown Eldridge with navy, turquoise, and royal blue accent hands is no longer produced and comes up rarely on the secondhand market. It wears like a dream at 39mm with 20mm lugs, and a 45mm lug-to-lug measurement. The case finishing is beautiful and the sapphire case-back offers a view of the elabore-grade ETA 2984-2 movement with bespoke skeleton rotor. I will be very sorry to let this go but it is not getting enough wrist time. Here is Hodinkee’s review of the watch: Hands-On: The Farer Eldridge Chronograph Automatic
I would rate the condition at 88/100. This watch was originally purchased in July 2020 and therefore still has over a year left on the five-year warranty (card included). I am the watch's second owner. Please view the pictures for the watch's condition. The only noticeable blemishes are hairlines on the mirror-polished casebook, some lug-back scratches from strap changes, and small scratches at 1:30 and 5:00 on the brushed bezel. These are not apparent at all angles, but I tried to capture them and circled them so that potential buyers are aware. Please note as well the "RPM" engraving on the case-back, at the 6:00 position. The watch runs well and the chronograph functions properly.
This comes with the full kit: Box, warranty card, user manual, OEM blue leather strap (very lightly worn), and microfiber cloth.
Price is $1,590. No returns, no trades, please. Established forum members with feedback, and you’ll find mine under my user name as buyer and seller. Thanks, WUS!
