For sale is an ultra rare and collectable Tag Heuer Deep Dive 1000m from 1990. This is a stellar piece that is getting hard to find these days.
It's a 1000m diver from Tag Heuer that has an interesting history. It uses the classic case style that Squale made famous in the 1960's. The case manufacturer, MRP S.A. made this case, as well as Squale watches going back to the 1970's. They are well known for making quality watch cases that were tasked with going to over 3000 feet in depth.
This watch features an Eta 955.114 quartz movement (which is the original movement to this watch) Its marked 1-90 which is Janiary 1990. It just received a new battery last month. It's running perfectly and keeping great time.
The overall condition is good, woth typical wear for a 34 year old watch. The crystal has very minor scratches that are usually only seen if you try to look for them. The bezel is almost perfect. Also the bezel turns beautifully and feels very high quality. Also, the crown screws down smoothly and all threads are fully intact.
The bracelet fits my 7.25" (+1 micro adjustment hole) wrist and also has a dive extension. It's the original bracelet with 23L endlinks which are correct for this model.
I have over 50 sales feedback postings so don't hesitate to buy from me.
No surprises, just an amazing vintage watch that has some cool history. Check out the article below.
