I picked this piece up from Watch Exchange several years ago, and for a while, it was my daily driver. It’s a tank that stood up to my active everyday life. Handled everything I wore it for, which unfortunately didn’t include diving (yeah, I’m one of those). I need to trim down my collection and this piece doesn't get anywhere as much wrist time as it deserves. This watch is a solid piece for the money! Every time I wore it, I marveled at how striking the ombre dial transitions from bright blue to almost black - reminiscent of the ocean depths. The crown is one of the smoothest I’ve owned, and the date wheel flicks crisply when setting it. Included is a Strapcode Hexad fitted bracelet, original stock bracelet with stickers still on, Seiko box, and original hang tag. Most of the wear time was on the Hexad bracelet, so there are light surface scratches over most of the band. The bezel has some dings and scratches, but the luminous pip is good and bright. Crystal is flawless, as far as I can see. The lume is awesome, and rivals the tritium watches I’ve seen.
