I've been on a flurry of trading lately and am finding myself without a tudor or Omega, so those would be at the top of my wish list. Try me with other trade ideas too, I apologize in advance for being picky... Seiko's also probably top of the trade list, would also like an Omega (aqua terra would be great, speedy too), Tudor, or something German, can add other watches/ up to $500 or so cash to to get to fair trade values, so show me what you've got....39-43mm. I gravitate towards white/silver, blue, and green dials. Blue Omega SMPc (non-wave dial). It’s full kit minus the warranty card, am serial much up between the pictogram, case and hash tag. 89mil serial dates to 2009. There are small scuff marks on the sapphire which are only visible at certain angles and lighting, and normal desk dive marks on the bracelet clasp. Overall it's in very good shape for its age. Running at -6 s/d over the last couple days. Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
