Hello Reddit. Today I have for sale my Marathon GSAR "USMC" in unworn condition. I recently purchased this watch after craving one for a long time. Unfortunately, it's a bit too much like a few others in the collection so I'm offering it for sale. The GSAR was initially developed to Canadian Government requirements for Search and Rescue use, but has become popular with other militaries (and civilian watch nerds!). This GSAR is an over-built watch that uses a Swiss automatic movement, has a very wearable 41mm case, and incredible nighttime illumination using tritium gas tubes on the hour indices and hands! This particular example is the "USMC" special project version. The condition of this watch indicates that it was likely never worn as the only marks are some light scratches to the caseback from storage and handling.
