This is a classic Frederique Constant Carree "Tank" style watch - in a classic 26.5 mm width (similar to the Cartier Men's Large Tank dimensions, or a JLC Reverso in size).

The movement is a 25 jewel automatic (see photos for details) and keeps exquisite time - fully functional, and serviced about a year ago (no records, as I received the watch as a gift from another collector who serviced the watch himself).

I honestly can't wear this watch as much as I'd like, and my wrists, at almost 8.25", are a little large for this style of watch - so I'm hoping to make some room for my next piece (which should fit my fat wrists a bit better.

The most unique bit about this model is that it has Arabic 6,9 & 12 indices, with a date at 3 o'clock with a very plain dial. I've only seen a few like this - and it's striking in its simplicity.

Watch comes with a replacement leather strap, but the original Frederique Constant buckle has been added to the strap.

Watch does not come with original box or papers, but will ship with a nice Porsche Design case I picked up while flying Lufthansa...

I have listed the watch as 30m WR - as the case is stamped "Water Resistant" - but I would not consider it anything but splash proof without having it checked out by a watch maker first. You certainly shouldn't be swimming with this watch.
