Notes / Condition: This is a beautiful example of the LeJour Yachtingraf. The regatta chronograph Ref. 9312 was manufactured by the French watch company Yema and sold under the LeJour brand for the American market. This particular Yachtingraf Ref. 9312 is an early production model manufactured circa 1967. Two key features indicate its early production: the “count up” insert sets it apart from the later iterations and the Yema crest on the caseback is an additional clue. I was fortunate to acquire this timepiece from the family of the original owner in 2016. The watch is in all original, excellent condition, even the rubber bracelet is original to the watch. The Valjoux 7730 movement is extremely clean. Without any watchmaker’s marks, it’s possible that the watch has never been serviced. The screw heads are pristine. On the dial, the tritium lume becomes uniformly activated when exposed to UV light. Straight lug case is sharp and likely unpolished; it shows a few minor blemishes from wear. The watch winds and keeps accurate time. The chrono hand resets to 12:00.

A returned timepiece will be scrutinized in detail to make sure no parts have been altered or damaged in any way. Buyer is responsible for the cost of postage and insurance of any returned item.
