Hello again crew! For sale is a beast of a tool watch, overbuilt and with tons of functionality, the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph blue dial (9300 cal generation). At 45.5mm x 19.3mm thick, this heavyweight is not for the faint of wrists but wears surprisingly well due to the sapphire bubble back case that shows off the gorgeous and robust Calibre 9300 chronograph. What I love about this watch is that you get a ton of features – 2000 feet water resistance with He escape valve, LiquidMetal ceramic bezel, a date wheel, a chronograph with high antimagnetic resistance, pushers that were engineered to be able to be used all the way to the limit of the 600M water resistance, a rotating dive bezel and a jump hour functionality for when you are traveling across the world to your favorite dive spot. Very cool and pretty well spec’d for the money! Condition wise I would put this example at 72%. This was well loved and often worn and has a number of light marks and swirls on the brushed and polished surfaces of the case. There are a few light scratches on the antireflective coating of the sapphire crystal and the bracelet and clasp have significant wear from daily use and likely a number of adventures. With that out of the way, the case has super crisp lines, there are no major dings or dents in the case and the movement appears to be running flawlessly at 0.0sec/day. The chronograph pushers operate crisply and properly, the jump hour hand is crisp and rewarding and the date changes over very close to midnight. Service history is unknown, however it comes in the old style red Omega padded service clamshell so I suspect that it received a service at some point in the past. The sale will include the watch only on OEM bracelet with enough links to fit roughly a 7.5” wrist (the diver’s extension should be able to give you another .25” or so) and will ship with the Omega padded travel clamshell case. The case and movement have matching serials, both have been blurred in the pictures for security reasons.
