These pieces are from the GDR times of Glashütte behind the iron curtain and are the inspiration for many of the modern GO watches. They do come with a rich independent history at a much smaller price point. I only offer watches that are running. However, I always recommend having the watch serviced before regular use. I do not check for accuracy before I list watches. The date wheel on this one is currently not moving. If desired, I can arrange a service upon upfront payment. The case and crystal are in great condition and the dial shows the patina that is very characteristically for watches from this era. A true eye-catcher and a collector's piece!
