The 7a48 movement is based on the Seiko 7a28 which was the first quartz analog chronograph movement. This watch combined at the time the ultramodern quartz movement with the vintage Moon Phase feature typical of older classical watches. All functions on this one work as expected - start and stop of the chronograph also there is a split second feature. All dials work including date and Moon Phase. The bracelet is quite long, the watch has certain signs of usage on the crystal and case, but still looks good on the wrist.
