Greetings: Parting with my beautiful Terra Cielo Mare (TCM) Orienteering M-13/40. Full Kit. This unique automatic timepiece features a matte gray dial and comes on a comfortable TCM olive-green leather strap. The Swiss automatic movement is keeping accurate time. The background on this design: *"Engineered as a homage to the first Italian Medium armoured tank, titled “Orienteering M13/40” in accordance with local tank weight standards, whereby then the expected weight was estimated at 13 tonnes. The “M13/40” tank was primarily used by the Royal Army’s armoured division during the Second World War, and first went into production as the successor to the “M11/39”, before being officially introduced in 1940."* It's a big watch, at 44mm, but it wears well on my 6.8" wrist (see pics). There's a lot going on here -- luminous hands, date window, screw-down crown, screw-down rotating solar compass ring. An illustration of the original tank is mounted on a plaque screwed onto the side of the watch case.  Just a really special piece. But time to let it go. FYI, TCM is the same brand that Brad Pitt wore in the movie "World War Z." On his wrist was a massive 47mm black-dial Orienteering PVD with a Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement. Asking $680, shipped CONUS.
