Watch is ultra thin at 6mm thickness with full platinum back. Movement is venerable 215 PS with Seal of Geneva.
Very few of these were made and "P" version dial is very different from the other 5109 editions.
It received a full service by Patek NYC in 2018 that included a complete overhaul - new glass, hands, crown, and movement fully adjusted.
