Good evening, WatchEx! Second and final of tonight: arguably the best/most desirable LE Christopher Ward has released, the C65 GMT Anthropocene. The Anthropocene has long been my favorite CW LE. I had the chance to acquire this one after some seller's remorse after parting with my long-time keeper a while back, and was promptly faced with an opportunity to add another keeper I've listed after for months. The C65 case is among my favorite designs of any watch at any price point. It's classic in its sweeping case lines, while also being bright, bold and modern up front. The Anthropocene was CW's first crack at a "polar" dial GMT. They nailed it, and I *much* prefer this to the newer (albeit excellent) C63 GMT. For a 41mm watch, it wears paper thin on the wrist. The bracelet is what you'd expect, brilliant. The snow-white, subtly textured dial is a perfect match for black markers, hands, and date wheel.
