Up for sale is a very nicely sized reverse panda chronograph with a triple date / full calendar function. This wears well on a variety of straps and the thick acrylic crystal accentuates the vintage look. Functionality-wise: Overall working great, with a full service in 2018. Time-keeping appears spot on from the times when I'm wearing it. Chronograph works fine and resets to zero accurately. Calendar adjustments: 8 o'clock pusher adjusts the date properly. 10 o'clock pusher adjusts the month with a half push properly. This pusher is also supposed to adjust the day with a full push, but it never seems to catch. I usually either don't bother with the day, or just advance the hands forward manually to advance the day at midnight. Hand-winding is smooth. 1960s Vulcain Triple Date Chronograph aka Wakmann / Gigandet I've owned this since March 2018. Full service in July 2018. This is the rarer, large 39mm case with the sharp straight lugs and the Valjoux 730 movement (most of these triple dates are 37mm with curved lugs and the Valjoux 72C) The manual winding Valjoux 730 is the higher beat, full calendar version of the Valjoux 72 movement that was used in the desirable Daytonas and Carreras of the day 39mm case diameter 46 mm length (lug to lug) 15mm thickness (11.5mm excluding the thick, domed acrylic crystal) 20mm lug width strap size Watch is located in Singapore.
