Hi all! I am selling this early 1953 Jaeger-LeCoultre Futurematic with a 497 movement. This watch is 71 years old but still runs very well and keeps great time. It has a new crystal and a new high quality Barton quick-release strap. The case diameter is 36mm. These watches do not have a crown as they are automatic, and only have a small wheel on back to adjust the time. This watch is 10k gold filled, but has been overplated in 24k to make it more vibrant. It has been fully disassembled, cleaned, inspected, reassembled, and oiled. The movement is a Calibre 497, Serial #959312. I also provide a one year service warranty with the watch, so if it stops functioning as expected you can send it back to me and I will repair it at cost of any broken parts.
