For full transparency, I purchased this from Belk a week ago while it was on sale. While it was shipping, I purchased a Grand Seiko SBGN027 from this subreddit. I'm located in SF bay area, I paid 285$ after taxes. So I am not looking to flip this watch, I am just trying to give a fellow enthusiast an opportunity to purchase this watch while not losing money from shipping. Anyways, this watch is brand new, the sticker is still on the back display crystal. There are no damages of imperfections. It comes with the box and papers. While it is no Grand Seiko, it actually feels quite hefty and solid for the price point. This is a brand new automatic GMT, at $299, is priced to sell.
