Up for sale is my bronze Thunder Tank style watch, handmade by Piotr Ch. Not many of these were made and from what I gather, Piotr is no longer making this model. If you're wondering why I put Kaventsmann Boxfish in the title, it's because the Boxfish is a 1:1 copy of this watch. Most people think that Piotr must have copied this design from Kaventsmann, but it's actually the other way around. Piotr designed and made this model first. It's also nice that Piotr is in the US in case you wanted any work done, such as a dial swap at any time.

When I got this, I asked a friend (and watch repairman) to swap out the skull dial in favor of this dial. This dial seems to change color with the lighting and quite striking for being such a simple dial. The crystal is acrylic, but I've always had a plastic protector on it. Patina is mostly natural - no egg or LoS treatment. I applied a bit of Brass black carefully with a Q-tip when I got it and left it to age from there on its own.

While this is a big watch, at 50mm square, it actually wears really well on my flat 7" wrist. It comes on a handmade strap of mine made of thick soft bridle leather with the bronze roller type buckle you see on it. In the big pelican style box, you'll also get two more straps that will be included along with the two drivers to change straps.
