Indo-French Time Industries Ltd. from Bombay (India) collaborated with a number of French manufacturers, notably Lorsa to create Timestar line of watches. In due course Lorsa supplied tooling for movements and provided much of the expertise needed to produce Timestar watches. They were the first company to commence indigenous manufacture of wrist watches in India. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - It is in unused, NOS like condition (after market steel strap). As you can see in the pictures, it's in very good condition with unfaded lume work. It is a hand-wind mechanical watch with a case diameter of roughly 37mm and a lug width of 20mm. This watch has a manual 17 jewels French Lorsa calibre P62 based movement with 2 days of power reserve (around 48 hours). The movement has a frequency of 18000 bph and keeps accurate time (less than a 20-second deviation in 24 hours). They keep accurate time and were comparable to the then 17j Swiss equivalents.
