[WTS] E. Howard Pocket Watch From 1921 - Recently Serviced
[IMGur Album.](https://imgur.com/a/dMbLd3C) **General Info:** These watches are typically referred to as Keystone Howards to differentiate them from the early E Howard brand. These were originally sold as premium watches and were only sold complete where most other American makers would sell bare movements to be cased at jewelry stores. This watch probably originally sold for around $60 in the early 1920's, likely close to a weeks pay for an average American or $900 adjusted for inflation. The dial has picked up some scratches over the years but the watch is still very attractive and should perform without issue for many years to come. **Movement:** E. Howard Watch Co Grade 7, Model 1912, 17 jewels, 12 size. Bridge plate construction. Made in 1921. I cleaned/oiled the movement on 4/24/24. Watch was tested with the phone app in 3 different positions and these are at the end of the IMGur album. Watch has been running strong since I serviced it. **Case:** Keystone Extra. The "Extra" grade cases were Keystones top of the line plated models and typically wear better than the J.Boss 25-year ones I've examined in person. Nice art deco engraving on the sides. **Movement Serial #:** 1387693 **Price:** $200 including Ground Advantage shipping. **Payment Methods:** Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, CashApp. I will not accept G&S unless you have references. Will use a trusted middleman if necessary and the watch is available for local pickup in Fort Worth if you so desire. **References:** I have 3 sales on WatchExchange, 400+ on PmsForSale, 38 on GAFS, and around 800+ feedback on eBay.
