Breitling Chronomat-Blackbird Special Edition SUMMARY: This special edition of the Chronomat was heavily inspired by the legendary jet: the SR-71 Blackbird. No Blackbird (jet) has ever been lost due to hostile action and records set by the Blackbird have yet to be beaten. The Blackbird has an amazing history and legacy which I highly recommend learning. So at its oldest, it’s 25 years old. However, the ink is still quite sharp on the bezel which is rare for watches that old; that leads me to believe it’s younger. The previous owner stated the watch has been serviced in 2022 and evidently runs beautifully. The lume is dead which is normal for its age. There’s also a small, faint mark on the 11:00 lume, most likely due to the lume’s age. It’s in spectacular condition with minor signs of wear. But for a watch that’s estimated 15-20 years old, it’s in pretty damn good condition. Very minor scuffs on the watch. Please examine the photos and feel free to request additional angles/close-ups as necessary. I’m asking $2200 shipped. I believe this is the cheapest on any market for a full kit, let alone with bracelet and recent service (~1yr ago).
