Seiko King Quartz 9923-7020 Minimal White Dial SPECIFICATIONS: \- Japanese Seiko King Quartz excellent condition from July 1979, classic and vintage style. \- King Quartz was an high-end quartz watch brand of Seiko, same tier as King Seiko at the time. Seiko 9923 is a high grade analog quartz watch movement, this Twin quartz made for greater accuracy ±20 seconds/year. Twin Quartz is two similar thermos-compensation technologies employed by Seiko in the late 1970s and early 1980s, resulting in astonishing accuracy. \- New handmade leather strap. Fit up to 18.5cm wrist. \- Stainless steel case size 35mm (without crown), Lug to Lug: 42mm, Thickness: 8mm. Lug width: 18mm. \- Clean white dial. 3 stick hands with classic stick hour markers. Clean and minimal design. \- Bold calendar box for Kanji/English day & date at 3 o’clock position. \- Twin Quartz logo applied at the bottom of the dial, which was only fitted to high-end models of the time: Grand Quartz, Superior Quartz, King Quartz, etc. CONDITION: The watch is very well preserved for its age (See Photos). There are some inevitable hairline scratches on case, barely visible. The crystal is clear. The dial has some tiny blur mark at 7-8 o’clock position. The original movement works well (keeping the time, changing the date). Serviced and replaced with new battery. Recommend to avoid getting wet for vintage watch. The watch has been tested for more than 1 month and operate stably before selling.
