These models are incredibly rare. I've never seen one in this great of a condition. The watch is from the late 1980s, a rare export example from the Glashütte and Ruhla cooperation era (Kombinat distribution). This piece features the mechanical Caliber 1127 with Day-Date and represents one of the last mechanical movements produced in Glashütte before the fall of the Berlin Wall. The watch is in full original condition, including the original tritium lume on dial and hands. Day and date function correctly. The watch is being sold head only. The attached GO rubber strap (150€) is negotiable. These divers are uncommon to begin with, and finding one in this level of preservation is even less common. A notable detail for collectors: the “41” stamp on the caseback marks it as an export model, historically sold outside the GDR, including West Germany. For an average GDR citizen, these were unobtainable anyway. I’m having a hard time pricing this objectively due to rarity and condition.
